FEATURED SERVICES
Tree Preservation
Tree preservation is an integral service in LMA’s practice. Tree preservation areas can enhance the appearance of a project, buffer adjacent land uses, provide storm water detention and control erosion. Working closely with the developer and other members of the design and engineering team, LMA analyzes the proposed site development in comparison with existing vegetation to provide tree preservation and planting recommendations that are cost effective, attractive and functional.

LMA’s planning services incorporate a structured information gathering process that involves key stakeholders, including the owner, current and proposed facility users as well as operations and maintenance staff. Only by understanding and considering each stakeholder group, and their point of view, can valid and realistic planning recommendations evolve. Once key objectives and recommendations are adopted implementation strategies are developed, including identification of partners, budgets and funding sources.
LMA designs planting and irrigation plans for projects of all sizes. We help clients meet objectives ranging from incorporating drought tolerant and water conserving plants to bio-filtration; from designing enhanced focal points to obtaining entitlements and permits from governmental agencies and property owners associations.

Site Identity & Monument Signage
For projects that require a sense of place and favorable identity, LMA produces the right design for your needs. Each entryway and monument feature is designed specifically for a unique community context as well as to meet budgetary criteria. We understand the nature of construction materials and design to maximize their effectiveness.
Our experience with Land Development throughout Texas ranges from residential communities to retail and commercial sites. We take a holistic approach that best suits the client while carefully promoting site planning and interdisciplinary collaboration with civil engineers, environmental scientists and surveyors.

We transform typical sites into dynamic and interactive "People Spaces". While keeping a client's project goals in mind and fulfilling regulatory requirements, LMA designs water features that enhance residents and stakeholders quality of life. This approach contributes to the increased use of facilities and also creates a memorable and positive experience.

Community Outreach
When a project must engage a community, LMA can create connections, build awareness and further facilitate the process to make it relevant to residents and stakeholders. LMA's flexible working style ensures the tone, materials and forum for communication is appropriate to the audience. This is accomplished with thorough project understanding, critical analysis and by understanding the community's needs.
